This site has security measures in place to protect all information under our control, and complies with all state and federal statutes requiring safeguards on specific types of information. Once SBSUM receives any transmission from a user, the school will make its best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Due to the nature of electronic communications, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You agree that any information obtained through the website is at your own risk and you agree to indemnify, and hold harmless, SBSUM and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, resulting directly or indirectly from your use of the website.

In order to provide certain elements and functionality of the website, the school does contract with select third-party providers. In these cases, users are redirected to external sites that have been designed to look similar to the school’s pages. We do not have primary control of these sites and resources, and are not responsible for their availability or delivery of services. SBSUM provides links to other sites or resources which are not bound by SBSUM’s privacy policy.
